Information for abstract submission

Registration open in 26 January 2022.

Please note that to date vaccine against Covid-19 is no more mandatory for participating to the Plasmid meeting (contact organisers for more information)

ABSTRACT/POSTER Submission

In order to submit your abstract for an oral presentation and/or poster, once registered go directly in MY SPACE / Submissions. You will have to download, fill and upload the Abstract form.

You can choose the type of presentation, either "Oral" or "Poster". You may also choose "Oral and/or poster" to submit an abstract to  be considered for oral presentation by the scientific board. If not selected, the abstract will automatically account for poster presentation.

For consideration for oral presentation, abstracts are due by the 6^th of April. Note that, in addition to the invited speaker presentation, about 35-40 talks will be selected from submitted abstracts.

For poster presentations, abstracts are due by the 6^th of June.

The maximum poster size is 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width)
