• Registration

 FEES AND REGISTRATION : 

Early Bird - through June 6th, 2022:             440 €

General Registration - after June 6th, 2022:   600 €

Companion Fare - includes welcome reception, wine tasting and banquet dinner:     100 €

• a TISSEO transportation ticket including 10 trips from downtown to Université Paul Sabatier (or return)

CAUTION:

- Registration closing date is July 10, 2022 !

- After the reception of a first email indicating that your registration has been recorded, you will receive a second email indicating that you have to complete your registration. For this latter, please, on the ISPB website, in the tab "MY SPACE" / "My registration", follow the tab "Pay online". It will direct you on a 2-steps process with a validation of your registration and fare before the access of the online payment

- The payment procedure for your registration must be carried through to the end (payment by card preferable) ! Do not interrupt it before it has been completed, otherwise the information will be lost and the process will have to be restarted from the beginning.

Participants will be on their own for dinner on Tuesday, September 20, so that they can explore the city.

Each individual will reserve their housing accommodations individually.  Please see the "Lodging and Travel" tab.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The organisation committee must receive written notification of your cancellation by July 27, 2022. A €50 processing fee will be deducted from refund requests received by this date. No refunds will be issued following July 27, 2022. The organisation committee reserves the right to cancel this symposium twenty (20) days prior to the symposium date when a minimum enrollment is not met or for other reasons that prevent the organisation committee from holding the symposium. In such case, each registrant will be notified by telephone followed by written notification and will have a full refund. The organisation committee is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
